Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a senior environmental, health and safety leader to guide and direct the safety and industrial hygiene programs for its PCC plant in Oregon.

The role emphasizes hands‑on management, visibility with senior leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration with manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of experience in safety/environmental roles, a Bachelor’s in a relevant field, and CSP/CIH credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Ten to fifteen years of progressive safety, environmental or industrial hygiene experience in heavy manufacturing or related settings.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Safety, Industrial Hygiene or Environmental Engineering; master's preferred.
• CSP or CIH preferred; first-exams acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support development of PCC's safety and industrial hygiene programs.
• Provide programmatic direction for the plant's safety initiatives.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe workplace procedures across operations.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs and business plans.
