Job summary

You will lead safety professionals, partner with maintenance and engineering, and drive PCC’s EHS programs across multiple sites to meet regulatory and internal standards. The role emphasizes OSHA compliance, hazard control, training, incident prevention, and emergency readiness, with CSP/ASP credentials preferred and a BA/BS

Qualifications

• Requires 4–7 years of progressive safety experience in heavy manufacturing.
• Experience supervising safety professionals and implementing EHS strategies across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of Oregon OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements, with ability to interpret regs.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on supervision and visibility with management and manufacturing teams.
• Support and assist in developing PCC's safety and industrial hygiene programs.
• Lead safe workplace procedures, new equipment review, OSHA compliance, and safety training.
• Identify, evaluate, and control industrial hygiene exposures; manage hazards, injuries, and emergencies.
• Support hazardous materials management and waste handling training as required.
