Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) is seeking a Senior Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to drive excellence in a fast-paced aerospace forging environment. You will be on the manufacturing floor partnering with employees, supervisors, and leadership to identify hazards and strengthen accountability.

This hands-on role requires operational engagement, risk reduction, and regulatory compliance. You will lead incident investigations, drive continuous improvement, and develop EHS metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• 7+ years of EHS leadership in heavy manufacturing.
• Experience with OSHA, EPA, DOT regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading incident investigations with root cause analysis.
• Strong training development and delivery skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and support PCC/Wyman Gordon EHS program as site leader.
• Maintain daily presence in production to identify hazards and improve EHS performance.
• Lead incident investigations with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Drive EHS culture transformation through engagement and accountability.
• Coordinate regulatory compliance and environmental permitting efforts.
• Develop and communicate EHS metrics and drive improvements.
