True Environmental seeks a Client Development Leader to drive business development for EHS/Industrial Hygiene services. You’ll lead key accounts, cultivate client relationships, and guide strategic initiatives under the Senior VP – Environmental Services.

You will identify new opportunities, negotiate contracts, and represent the firm at conferences, enhancing our visibility in the mining community and broader markets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience working in environmental consulting, A/E/C or relevant industry.
• 10+ years of business development experience and leading/building client relationships
• Ability to work effectively with team members on multi-disciplinary projects
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other business software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels

Responsabilidades

• Lead the business development of projects and programs for the EHS/Industrial Hygiene practices.
• Provide leadership and management of key accounts, client relationships, and strategic initiatives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts to achieve project capture and revenue targets.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events to promote services.
