Job summary

True Environmental seeks a Client Development Leader to drive business development for our EHS/Industrial Hygiene practices. You will lead strategic plans, pursue new opportunities, and cultivate relationships with existing and prospective clients to achieve revenue targets.

You will act as trusted advisor, participate in industry events, and mentor junior staff while ensuring high-quality deliverables across multi-disciplinary projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
15+ years of experience in environmental consulting, A/E/C or relevant industry.
10+ years of business development experience and building client relationships.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to grow consulting services in the EHS/Industrial Hygiene space.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to meet revenue targets.
Develop and manage key accounts, acting as trusted advisor and strengthening client relationships.
Represent the company at industry conferences, meetings, and site visits to promote services.
Mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality project delivery.
Lead proposals for new projects and programs and contribute as a senior project resource as needed.
