Job summary

Innomotics is seeking a Lifecycle Services EHS Specialist – Field & Operations Tactical Safety to champion Environmental, Health, and Safety excellence across field and operations activities. You will lead risk assessments, investigations, and safety programs while ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the New Service Operations Manager, you will influence stakeholders, develop training, and drive safety metrics across site visits, field service, and shop

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of EHS experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, service, construction, energy, or field operations.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations and EHS programs.
• Experience with risk assessments, incident investigations, root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Experience supporting field-based employees, contractors, and operational teams, including training and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong operational presence through site visits, customer engagements, and field observations.
• Lead zero-incident culture initiatives and hazard recognition across field service and operations.
• Develop, implement, and improve EHS programs, policies, and management systems.
• Partner with operations to integrate EHS requirements into project execution and daily work.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and investigations; implement corrective actions.
