Job summary

LayerZero Power Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced EHS Specialist to advance a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace.

You will support Service and Engineering teams, implement and improve OSHA, EPA, NFPA compliant programs, and help integrate safety across distributed sites. The role requires field work, strong technical writing, incident investigations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of safety management experience in electrical or industrial settings.
• Proficiency with OSHA, EPA and NFPA standards; ASP preferred.
• Strong technical writing, audits, training and incident investigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce safety compliance across Services and Engineering.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Maintain EHS documentation, training logs and permits as needed.
• Deliver EHS training programs for new and existing staff.
• Support ISO certification efforts and regulatory program development.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear procedures and guides.
