Eaton is seeking an EHS Site Lead for our Orchard Park, NY facility. You will lead environmental, health, and safety programs to drive a zero-incident culture and regulatory compliance at the site.

Responsibilities include developing EHS strategies, leading risk assessments, and coordinating with leadership to implement corrective actions. The role requires 8+ years in EHS and 4+ years of people management, with relocation support offered to eligible US candidates.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years of EHS experience within industrial manufacturing.
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing people.
• Export control eligibility for U.S. person status (as per job requirements).
• This position requires access to export-controlled information.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, maintenance, and achievement of plant EHS goals aligned with strategic initiatives.
• Monitor leading and lagging indicators to track performance against targets.
• Lead risk assessments to identify hazards and mitigate EHS risks.
• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, policies, and procedures.
• Assign MESH element champions and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Investigate incidents to determine root cause and implement corrective actions.
• Foster a zero-incident EHS culture and conduct safety walks.
• Act as site liaison for inspections and permits; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills; maintain training matrices.
• Manage annual EHS budgets and capital projects.
