Job summary

Innomotics LLC is seeking an EHS Leader to direct Environmental, Health & Safety programs for US Customer Services. The role focuses on building a strong safety culture, governance, and continuous improvement across repair centers and field operations.

Based onsite at the New Kensington facility, the leader partners with US and global stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, incident investigations, and practical safety controls while guiding leadership and frontline teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, EHS, Engineering, or related field required.
• 10+ years of EHS experience in industrial/high-hazard environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, risk management, LOTO, electrical safety, incident investigations, and training/competency programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS programs across US Customer Services operations, driving safety culture and continuous improvement.
• Provide risk-based guidance to leadership and translate requirements into practical controls.
• Conduct workplace assessments, support risk management activities, verify critical controls, and support high-risk work and field operations.
• Lead EHS training and competency programs ensuring employees are qualified to work safely.
• Support contractor qualification, onboarding, and performance management with consistent EHS implementation.
