Job summary

Join Eaton's Mission Systems division as an EHS Manager. This on-site role focuses on developing and driving EHS programs to meet regulatory and corporate requirements while fostering a zero-incident culture across the site.

You will lead data-driven EHS actions, report on performance, and coordinate with local authorities. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in manufacturing EHS are required; CSP/CHMM and ISO 14001 familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five years' experience in Environmental, Health & Safety or related discipline within a manufacturing environment.
• This position requires export-controlled information; must be a U.S. person.
• Preferred: CSP or CHMM certification and ISO 14001 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead site EHS targets aligned with corporate strategies.
• Drive proactive actions to mitigate environmental, safety, and health risks.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership to manage EHS data and training.
• Provide oversight for regulatory reporting and audits.
• Support the Management of Change program and incident investigations.
