Innomotics is seeking an EHS Leader to drive Environmental, Health & Safety programs across US Customer Services at the New Kensington site, reporting to the Head of EHS - USA. This onsite role partners with US and global stakeholders to strengthen safety culture and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of EHS leadership in industrial settings, with deep knowledge of OSHA, LOTO, electrical safety, and incident investigations, and is willing to travel up to 40% to support

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, EHS, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of EHS experience in industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, risk management, LOTO, electrical safety, incident investigation, contractor safety, and training/competency programs.
• Experience supporting field service, maintenance, or customer-site operations.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and frontline employees and drive a strong safety culture.
• Ability to travel 30-40% with occasional short-notice travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the US Customer Services EHS strategy, driving safety culture, accountability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across repair centers and field service ops.
• Serve as the trusted EHS partner to business leadership, providing practical risk-based guidance and monitoring SIF risks.
• Provide EHS support for high-risk work, outages, projects, and field operations.
