GE Vernova is seeking an EHS Manager for GSI Services (NAM) to provide strategic and tactical EHS leadership for field service operations across North America. The role drives a safety culture, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads EHS site personnel to support project execution.

The position emphasizes operational leadership, site audits, risk management, continuous improvement through digital tools, incident investigations, and robust training and reporting across projects.

Formación

• 10+ years of EHS experience, with field service exposure.
• Strong knowledge of North American EHS legislation and the Power/Energy, Electrification, or Oil & Gas sectors.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to travel up to 65% to project sites.

Responsabilidades

• Operational Leadership: Partner with Project and Operations Managers to foster a proactive safety culture and develop EHS staffing.
• Compliance & Audit: Lead site regulatory compliance, conduct audits, and verify PPE usage.
• Risk Management & ITO: Evaluate EHS risks in bidding and throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuous Improvement: Review EHS programs and drive adoption of digital tools.
• Incident Investigation: Lead investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Training & Reporting: Develop and deliver EHS training and ensure accurate reporting.
