Innomotics LLC is seeking a Lifecycle Services EHS Specialist – Field & Operations Tactical Safety in the United States. This role champions Environmental, Health, and Safety excellence across field and operational activities, reporting to the New Service Operations Manager and ensuring safe work execution and continuous safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a field and operations EHS resource through site visits, field observations and coaching of frontline leaders.
• Champion a zero-incident culture by driving hazard recognition, proactive risk management and safety ownership across field service, shop and operations environments.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve EHS programs, policies and management systems to ensure regulatory and customer compliance.
• Partner with operations, project management, engineering and field teams to integrate EHS requirements into project execution and daily work.
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, safety audits and investigations to verify compliance and implement corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses and drive sustainable corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Design, deliver and maintain safety training, qualification, certification and competency programs.
• Administer workforce compliance processes including qualifications, contractor safety programs and regulatory recordkeeping.
