Job summary

Assa Abloy Fenestration is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations across our manufacturing facilities. The role involves conducting inspections, developing training, and leading continuous improvement efforts in EHS practices to enhance safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment, an Associate’s degree in a related field (Bachelor’s preferred), and OSHA

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety inspections and audits of facilities and work areas.
• Monitor environmental compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports for records and regulatory agencies.
• Maintain emergency response plans and coordinate drills.
• Identify opportunities for continuous EHS improvements.
