Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Fenestration Williamsport is seeking an EHS Manager to ensure regulatory compliance and continuously improve safety programs across facilities. You will conduct inspections, develop training, and support incident investigations to reduce injuries and environmental impact.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in EHS roles in manufacturing or industrial settings, with an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and OSHA 30-hour or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EHS regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in project management.

Responsibilities

• Safety inspections and audits of facilities and work areas.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses for root causes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal rules.
• Lead emergency drills and coordinate response plans.
• Oversee PPE and safety equipment maintenance and stocking.
• Track improvements and report on EHS performance.
