Job summary

Associated Materials Innovations is seeking a Site Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to partner with operations and foster a proactive EHS culture at the facility. The role reports to the EHS Director for Manufacturing and aligns site activities with the company’s EHS vision and strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, chemistry, environmental science, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health and Safety, or other technically related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing EHS programs to ensure regulatory and company policy compliance.
• Provide technical direction on EHS compliance and oversee monitoring activities.
• Manage EHS KPIs and reporting with leading and lagging indicators.
• Promote a safety-first culture and engage leadership and staff.
• Lead risk assessments and implement mitigation measures for continuous EHS improvement.
• Coordinate EHS data reporting, train partners, and analyze trends for root causes.
• Execute EHS strategy aligned with corporate vision and drive improvements.
• Lead change through effective communication and leadership during dynamic conditions.
• Oversee incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate environmental permits and regulatory reporting.
