ASSA ABLOY Group’s 4Front Engineered Solutions is seeking a Regional EHS Manager to protect people and strengthen safety culture across multiple U.S. manufacturing sites.

This leadership role partners with site and executive teams to influence and improve EHS outcomes. You will lead company-wide EHS programs, advance continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and ISO 14001 requirements while empowering employees to own safety and environmental stewardship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing EHS leadership experience.
• Ability to influence at all levels from shop floor to executives.
• Passionate about safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading multi-site EHS programs and ISO 14001 environments.
• Hands-on leader with a drive to implement positive change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve company-wide EHS programs across multiple manufacturing locations.
• Serve as trusted advisor to site and executive leadership.
• Drive injury prevention, risk reduction, and environmental stewardship.
• Oversee ISO 14001 and environmental compliance initiatives.
• Build strong safety cultures through training, engagement, and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
