Job summary

HR Elements is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) Manager to develop, implement, and maintain environmental, safety, health, and related programs for our manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on minimizing risks, fostering a strong safety culture, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations across facilities, reporting to leadership and coordinating with regulatory agencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains EH&S programs to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Leads incident investigations and root cause analysis; implements corrective actions.
• Manages regulatory reporting and interface with authorities.
• Delivers safety training and monitors training KPIs.
• Conducts risk assessments and drives continuous safety improvement.
