Qualifications

• 3-5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years of experience working with OSHA and EPA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and applicable regulations.
• Hazardous Waste Management: Oversee hazardous waste, pharmaceutical waste, and related programs.
• Environmental Programs: Develop and implement environmental sustainability and waste-reduction initiatives.
• Safety & Risk Management: Conduct safety audits and investigations; implement CAPAs.
• Training & Employee Engagement: Deliver EHS training and promote safety culture.
• Emergency Preparedness: Maintain response, spill, and business continuity plans.
