Job summary

CVS Health’s Omnicare unit is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Associate Manager to lead compliance across pharmacy, distribution, and corporate operations. You will serve as SME for hazardous waste, regulatory reporting, and safety programs, partnering with site leadership to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include overseeing OSHA/EPA/DOT compliance, coordinating inspections, managing permits, and guiding training.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years of experience working with OSHA and EPA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and applicable regulations.
• Oversee hazardous waste, pharmaceutical waste, and sharps management programs.
• Manage environmental programs including spill prevention and emergency response.
• Lead safety audits, incident investigations, and CAPA closure.
• Develop and deliver EHS training and support operations teams.
