Job summary
CVS Health's Omnicare division seeks an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Associate Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across pharmacy, repackaging, distribution, and corporate operations. This role partners with site leaders to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of EHS experience in a regulated industry.
- 2+ years working with OSHA and EPA.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% in the continental US.
Responsibilities
- Lead regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and state/local regs.
- Oversee hazardous and pharmaceutical waste management programs.
- Develop and implement environmental and safety training.
- Lead incident investigations and CAPA processes.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and spill response.
