Job summary

CVS Health / Omnicare is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety professional to lead regulatory compliance, waste management, and sustainability programs across facilities. You will conduct audits, lead investigations, and drive CAPAs while training operations teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in EHS, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 25%. Hybrid schedule in Kentucky preferred with comprehensive CVS benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years of experience with OSHA and EPA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and local regulations.
• Oversee hazardous waste, pharmaceutical waste, and medical waste management.
• Develop and implement environmental sustainability initiatives.
• Lead safety audits, incident investigations, CAPAs, and safety programs.
• Deliver EHS training and promote a proactive safety culture.
