Job summary

You will lead incident investigations, CAPAs, and reporting, travel up to 25% within the continental US, and collaborate with operations and leadership to advance safety culture and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in environmental, health, and safety within a regulated industry.
• Experience with OSHA and EPA; willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant environmental field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and local regulations.
• Oversee hazardous waste and regulated waste programs and reporting.
• Manage environmental programs including spill prevention and emergency planning.
• Lead safety investigations and CAPA processes; track EHS metrics.
• Develop and deliver EHS training; promote safety culture.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and business continuity activities.
