Job summary

CVS Health’s Omnicare division seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Associate Manager to lead EHS programs across pharmacy and distribution operations. You will partner with site leadership to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while fostering a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.

The role requires 3–5 years in EHS in a regulated setting, 2+ years with OSHA/EPA, and up to 25% travel within the continental U.S.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in environmental, health and safety in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years of experience with OSHA and EPA.
• Travel up to 25% within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental, health, safety programs across pharmacy, repackaging, distribution and corporate operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and state/local regulations.
• Manage hazardous waste, pharmaceutical waste, and regulated medical waste programs; coordinate vendor activities and reporting.
• Develop and implement environmental sustainability and waste-reduction initiatives.
• Conduct facility inspections, safety audits, and incident investigations; track CAPAs.
