Job summary

CVS Health, through Omnicare, is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Associate Manager to lead EHS programs across pharmacy, repackaging, distribution, and corporate operations. This role requires partnering with facility leadership to ensure OSHA, EPA, DOT compliance and to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of EHS experience in a regulated setting, 2+ years with OSHA/EPA, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

• 3-5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years of experience working with OSHA and EPA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental, health, safety, and regulatory compliance programs across pharmacy, repackaging, distribution, and corporate operations.
• Partner with site leadership and operations teams to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Coordinate environmental permits, licenses, registrations, and reporting requirements.
• Oversee hazardous waste, pharmaceutical waste, and regulated medical waste programs; manage incident investigations and CAPAs.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs; promote a proactive safety culture.
