• 3-5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years of experience with OSHA and EPA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance: OSHA, EPA, DOT and state/local regulations.
• Oversee hazardous waste, pharmaceutical waste, controlled substance waste, and related programs.
• Environmental Programs: spill prevention, emergency planning, and reporting activities.
• Safety & Risk Management: inspections, audits, and CAPA follow-up.
• Training & Employee Engagement: develop and deliver compliance training.
