Job summary

CVS Health's Omnicare division seeks an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Associate Manager to lead compliance programs across pharmacy, repackaging, distribution and corporate operations. You will act as SME on environmental, hazardous and pharmaceutical waste management, safety, emergency preparedness, and regulatory reporting.

You will partner with site leadership to ensure OSHA/EPA/DOT adherence, drive continuous improvement, conduct audits and training, and manage CAPAs while promoting a

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in a regulated industry, including experience with environmental compliance, waste management, regulatory reporting, audits, and/or investigations.
• 2+ years of experience working with OSHA and EPA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance programs across pharmacy, repackaging, distribution, and corporate operations.
• Oversee hazardous waste, pharmaceutical waste, and regulated medical waste management programs.
• Develop and implement environmental sustainability and waste-reduction initiatives.
• Conduct facility inspections, safety audits, and CAPA investigations.
• Provide training and guidance to operations, facilities, and leadership teams.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and incident response activities.
