Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group in Michigan is seeking an energetic EHR Clerical Analyst to join our team. The role delivers high-quality EHR training, support, and process optimization for clerical staff, aligning with our clinical workflows.

You will conduct new hire and refresher training, create materials, handle support tickets, visit practices, and provide on-site elbow support during go-lives and implementations across our sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in healthcare or IT.
• Credentialed Medical Assistant, Registered Nurse, or RHIT preferred.
• 1-3 years’ experience with EHR in a medical practice environment, IHA office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts new hire EHR classroom training and refresher sessions.
• Creates and updates Clerical training materials and job aids.
• Answers Clerical EHR support line and troubleshoots issues.
• Manages and resolves incoming support tickets.
• Performs site visits to practices to assess workflows.
• Provides in-person support during implementations, go-lives, and ongoing needs.
