Job summary

Lifelong Medical Care is seeking an EHR Support Analyst to assist staff and providers with technical and navigational EHR support, improving efficiency and satisfaction. The role involves system maintenance, configuration, testing, and training activities to enhance EHR features and workflows.

Responsibilities include collaborating with clinical, operational, and administrative teams, and traveling to multiple Alameda and Contra Costa clinic locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Maintain appropriate EHR certification with initial and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot application issues, own the problem through resolution.
• Maintain EHR system setup (profiles, printers, security, preferences).
• Follow change requests through life cycle and test changes.
• Participate in EHR Core Team meetings for support and planning.
• Use data to drive decisions and identify system improvements.
• Collaborate with training to maintain curricula and workflows.
• Support superuser development across clinic sites for daily EHR support.
• Coordinate with data, population health, compliance for reporting and audits.
