Trinity Health IHA Medical Group in Ann Arbor, MI, is seeking an EHR Clerical Analyst to join our team. This role primarily onsite with occasional remote flexibility focuses on training, support, and process optimization for clerical staff.

You will deliver classroom and refresher trainings, create training materials, handle the support line and tickets, and participate in site visits and go-lives to ensure smooth EHR adoption across sites.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in healthcare IT.
• Credentialed Medical Assistant, RN, or RHIT preferred.
• 1–3 years’ EHR experience in a medical practice preferred.

This position follows a primarily onsite work arrangement with occasional remote flexibility Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is looking for an energetic EHR Clerical Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality EHR (Electronic Health Record) training, support, and process optimization for Clinical support staff. The EHR Clerical Analyst I also supports process improvement, reporting and the successful adoption of the EHR system across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Conducts new hire EHR classroom training and ongoing refresher training.

• Answers the Clerical EHR support phone line to address questions and troubleshoot issues.
• Manages and resolves incoming support tickets
• Performs site visits to assigned practices to assess current-state workflows.

General Requirements

• EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in healthcare of information technology.
• CREDENTIALS/LICENSURE: Credentialed Medical Assistant, Registered Nurse, or RHIT preferred
• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years’ relevant work experience preferred utilizing EHR in a medical practice environment with strong preference for IHA office experience.
