Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking an energetic EHR Clinical Analyst I to join our team onsite. You will deliver high-quality EHR training, support, and process optimization for Clinical support staff across the organization.

The role includes providing in-person support during implementations and go-lives, addressing user questions, and improving EHR adoption. A Bachelor’s degree and EHR experience are preferred, with 1–3 years in a medical practice setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in healthcare information technology (IT).
• Credentialed Medical Assistant, Registered Nurse, or RHIT preferred.
• 1-3 years’ relevant work experience with EHR in a medical practice environment; IHA office experience preferred.

• Creates and updates Clinical training materials and job aids.
• Answers the Clinical EHR support phone line to address questions and troubleshoot issues.
• Manages and resolves incoming support tickets.

• Provides in-person “elbow support” to Clinical support staff during implementations and go-lives.

The EHR Clinical Analyst I also supports process improvement, reporting and the successful adoption of the EHR system across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

General Requirements:

• EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in healthcare of information technology.
• CREDENTIALS/LICENSURE: Credentialed Medical Assistant, Registered Nurse, or RHIT preferred
• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years’ relevant work experience preferred utilizing EHR in a medical practice environment with strong preference for IHA office experience.
