Job summary

Clerie is building an EHR platform for behavioral health practices. We are hiring for a technical support role in Provo, UT, offering a hybrid work arrangement and a path to growth as the team scales.

You will help clinicians by guiding them through the product and resolving issues, with opportunities to shape the customer experience and product direction. You will engage with customers via tickets, calls, and chats, document solutions, and occasionally lead trainings.

Qualifications

• Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills.
• Customer service skills: empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
• Analytical skills: read logs, spot patterns, and recommend solutions or workarounds.
• Clear written and verbal communication, especially explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support tickets, phone calls, and chat inquiries to help customers.
• Diagnose and resolve software and configuration issues.
• Guide customers through product features and best practices.
• Fix minor issues directly where possible; escalate complex problems to engineering with context.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to flag recurring issues and improve the product.
• Create and maintain help articles and support documentation.
• Lead occasional training sessions and demos to maximize feature adoption.
