Job summary

Revere Health in Utah seeks a Clinical Applications Trainer to design and deliver engaging training helping clinical staff maximize the use of our clinical applications. You will work with clinical teams to understand workflows, support system changes, and prepare staff for new applications and updates.

You will create training materials and courses, deliver on-site software training, and troubleshoot user questions via phone, email, and tickets.

Qualifications

• Education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Preferred areas of study include: Healthcare, Adult Education, Clinical Informatics, Communications, Human Resources, Information Management.
• Two years of education or training experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn complex software and explain it in a clear, practical way.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and electronic health records (EHRs).
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training materials, courses, competency assessments, and clinical workflows.
• Deliver software training to new and existing clinical staff.
• Partner with clinical teams to support workflow improvements and system implementations.
• Provide on-site support and troubleshoot clinical application questions and issues.
• Respond to user questions through phone, email, and support tickets.
• Provision new clinical users for specialized training.
• Adapt training methods to different learning styles and clinical needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve training, workflows, and the user experience.
