NYPCC, a leading mental health nonprofit, seeks a Business Solutions Analyst to own EHR configuration and platform optimization. You will work with clinical, billing, HR, and operations teams to translate needs into system configuration and drive a roadmap for improvements.

You will learn the Arize by Cantata platform during migration, while expanding ownership to Salesforce and LMS over time. Hybrid work is offered with strong growth opportunities.

Formación

• 3–6 years configuring and administering at least one declarative, low-code SaaS platform in production.
• Strong business analysis skills: requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Experience with HIPAA, HITECH, Medicaid billing and healthcare data.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in IT or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Own EHR configuration and administration for a new cloud EHR rollout.
• Embed with implementation team during migration and prepare for go-live.
• Configure, optimize EHR workflows, forms, and reports with governance.
• Build dashboards and reports; support Salesforce admin and LMS as needed.
• Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with RPA professionals.
• Maintain security, regulatory compliance, and change-control practices.
• Partner with clinical, billing, HR, and operations to map and improve workflows.
