Job summary

chcb is seeking an eClinicalWorks Analyst to support the implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of the eCW EHR and Practice Management system in a healthcare environment.

You will collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to improve workflows, ensure HIPAA compliance, support Healow and eCW Messenger modules, deliver end-user training, and coordinate with vendors and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience with eClinicalWorks EHR in healthcare.
• Experience configuring Healow app ecosystem.
• Experience with eCW cloud migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of clinical workflows across multiple settings.
• Ability to create training materials and lead sessions.
• Familiarity with clinical terminology and quality programs.
• Proficiency with eCW reporting and SQL/data extraction.
• eCW certification or equivalent training.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot eCW EHR and PM systems.
• Analyze workflows to optimize eCW usage across departments.
• Provide support for templates, order sets, and docs in eCW.
• Design customized eCW solutions after needs assessments.
• Customize templates, forms, and reports in eCW.
• Collaborate with clinical, admin, IT to ensure compliance.
• Support upgrades, patches, testing, and training initiatives.
• Assist rollout of new eCW modules including Healow and Messenger.
• Create training materials and conduct sessions.
• Analyze data for reporting and quality improvement using eCW or third-party tools.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support.
• Coordinate with vendors and labs/billing systems.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and other standards.
• Train new staff and develop SOPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
