Job summary

Premium Health Center is seeking a Senior EHR Specialist to lead on-site administration, support, and optimization of the eClinicalWorks environment across multiple sites. The role focuses on ensuring safe, efficient patient care and reliable EHR workflows.

The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years of ambulatory EHR experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate clinical needs into sustainable EHR solutions while collaborating with IT, clinical teams, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HIT, informatics, CS, or related field.
• 5–8 years in ambulatory EHR environment.
• Advanced experience with eClinicalWorks preferred.
• Experience in multi-site, multi-specialty settings.
• Strong understanding of clinical and operational workflows.
• HIPAA and data privacy knowledge.
• On-site travel between Premium Health locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on EHR support for clinical, operational, admin, and revenue cycle users.
• Troubleshoot complex EHR issues across modules.
• Design, test, and implement efficient EHR processes.
• Coordinate upgrades, patches, and new modules.
• Prepare training and go-live support.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and security requirements.
