Job summary

Hope Network seeks a Healthcare Software Specialist in Grand Rapids, MI to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing adoption of our EHR systems. You will work with clinical, IT, Revenue Cycle, and Quality teams to align processes and promote best practices.

Responsibilities include configuring and testing EHRs, coordinating trainings, and ensuring data integrity across the organization. Travel between worksites is required to support initiatives and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Minimum of two years of healthcare or human services experience.
• Strong self-direction and ability to manage tasks to completion in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
• Experience leading project teams and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and optimization of Hope Network’s EHR systems.
• Coordinate testing, training, and system configurations with stakeholders.
• Travel to Hope Network sites and external locations as needed.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain EHR reporting and data integrity practices.
• Lead end-user training and ensure compliance with training requirements.
