Job summary

Health Solutions is a premier wellness center with a dedicated EHR/BI team. We are seeking a Senior Electronic Health Records (EHR) Specialist to design, maintain, and support the organization’s EHR platforms across multiple sites.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, security, and user training. You will resolve complex tickets, perform system tuning, and assist in evaluating new EHR tools while ensuring alignment with clinical workflows and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) software.
• Familiarity with myAvatar and/or NextGen EHR systems.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL concepts.
• Experience providing end-user training and Help Desk support.
• Authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship not available).

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the EHR system and related applications.
• Provide Help Desk support for clinical, billing and technology issues.
• Deliver EHR training to end users and ensure ongoing support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and test changes.
• Ensure security, configuration management, and change controls for EHR and related systems.
• Assist with system validation and user acceptance testing.
