Job summary

Hope Network, based in Grand Rapids, MI, seeks a Healthcare Software Specialist to lead configuration, implementation, and optimization of EHR systems across programs. You will work with service providers and IT to ensure efficient, compliant workflows and data integrity.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and at least two years in health care or human services, plus strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years' health care or human service sector experience.
• Ability to manage tasks to completion in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong written and oral communication with technical and non-technical staff.
• Ability to lead project teams within approved budgets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize Hope Network's EHR systems with service providers.
• Apply project management principles to projects and initiatives.
• Travel between worksites and external locations for meetings and trainings.
• Configure, customize, and implement new systems and components.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to solve problems as they arise.
• Lead process mapping and alignment meetings to maintain EHR integrity.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Develop deep EHR knowledge to support workflow alignment and software development.
• Coordinate EHR testing and end-user trainings.
• Support Compliance, Quality, and Revenue teams with data reporting and audits.
