Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group in Southeast Michigan seeks an EHR Clinical Analyst for primarily onsite work with occasional remote flexibility. You will deliver high-quality EHR training, support, and process optimization for Clinical staff, and help drive adoption across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of EHR experience in a medical practice setting, with credentials such as CMA, RN, or RHIT preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience with EHR in a medical practice setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare IT.
• Credentialed Medical Assistant, RN, or RHIT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver EHR classroom training for new hires.
• Create and update training materials and job aids.
• Answer the Clinical EHR support line and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage and resolve incoming support tickets.
• Perform site visits to assess current-state workflows.
• Provide on-site elbow support during implementations and go-lives.
