Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking an EHR Clinical Analyst I to deliver high-quality EHR training, support, and process optimization for Clinical staff. You will help drive adoption of the EHR system across the organization with a focus on classroom and on-site support.

The role emphasizes training delivery, issue resolution, and collaboration with clinicians to improve workflows and reporting. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of EHR experience and healthcare IT education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in health information technology.
• Credentialed Medical Assistant, Registered Nurse, or RHIT preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience with EHR in a medical practice environment, preferably at IHA.

Responsibilities

• Conducts new hire EHR classroom training and refresher trainings.
• Creates and updates clinical training materials and job aids.
• Answers the Clinical EHR support line to address questions and troubleshoot issues.
• Manages and resolves incoming support tickets.
• Performs site visits to assess current-state workflows at practices.
• Provides in-person support during implementations and go-lives.
