Job summary

PACS in is seeking an EHR Project Manager to implement assigned modules of the PointClickCare platform across facilities in accordance with federal, state, and facility privacy policies. You will lead EHR-related projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years in PM for Electronic Health Records, familiarity with medical terminology, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Must have at least a high school diploma or GED.
Typing speed of 45 words per minute with dictation equipment.
Working knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and health information concepts.
3–5 years PM experience in Electronic Health Records, Skilled Nursing preferred.
Strong reading, writing, and verbal English skills.

Responsibilities

Manage EHR implementation projects across multiple facilities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align with business objectives.
Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Monitor progress, identify issues, and propose corrective actions.
Coordinate user training sessions and project documentation.
Manage budgets and resource allocations; ensure QA testing and adherence to policies.
