Job summary

CERTIFY Health seeks a Technical Program Manager to oversee multiple healthcare software implementations from initiation to completion. The role requires on-site work and involves leading end-to-end design, planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination across Epic, Cerner, Athena, and other platforms.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in a similar PM role, strong IT and healthcare domain knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office/Project/Visio.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
4+ years of work experience in a similar role.
Experience with EHR implementations (Epic, Cerner, Athena).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end technical design and architecture of EHR platform features, modules, integrations, and services.
Lead planning and implementation of healthcare EHR projects, including defining scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into technical approach, solution and design specifications.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to monitor progress.
Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure the team is clear on requirements and priorities.
Set expectations with the client and development team regarding delivery plan, dates, and scope.
Manage interactions/escalations and consult on delivery, process, technology, and business needs.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks and elevate issues as necessary.
Focus on resolving blockers to keep the team on track.
Conduct project evaluations and assess results for improvements.
Track and monitor daily tasks for project deliverables.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
Document requirements and product guides and manuals.
Coordinate sprint/release planning meetings, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives and demos.
Involved in decision making and new resource hiring.
Manage QA process, priorities, and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and healthcare standards.
Maintain awareness of industry trends.
