Job summary

Adept Consulting Services seeks an IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) for BCHS, BOI, and BCD, coordinating across clinical staff and multiple bureaus. The senior PM will bring PMI PMP certification, 7–9 years of PM experience, and deep health IT/health informatics expertise, including organizational change management.

Harrisburg office two days a week is required.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system with paper-based charting.
• PMI PMP certification for a minimum of 5 years.
• Ability to work in the Harrisburg office two days a week as requested.
• Seven to nine years of relevant Project Management experience.
• Experience with organizational change management (OCM) with independent customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of projects including planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation of business solutions.
• Develop estimates for enhancements and coordinate project schedules and budgets.
• Prepare and obtain approval of Project Management Plans with stakeholders.
• Monitor milestones, adjust plans, and report status to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with IT teams and vendors, ensure PMO standards are followed, and track project metrics.
