Job summary

Adept Consulting Services, Inc. seeks an IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) for BCHS, BOI, and BCD in the Harrisburg area. The senior PM will apply health IT and informatics expertise to drive a complex, multi-bureau rollout.

The role requires PMI PMP certification, 7+ years of project management experience, and strong skills in planning, budgeting, and organizational change management. Travel and collaboration with federal/HHS teams are expected.

Qualifications

Experience implementing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
PMI PMP certification with 7+ years of project management.
Experience with organizational change management (OCM).
Health informatics/health IT domain knowledge.
Ability to lead large-scale, multi-bureau programs.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of EHR-related projects across BCHS, BOI, and BCD.
Develop estimates for enhancements and business process changes.
Coordinate with team leads to adjust project plans and budgets.
Ensure project plans, milestones, and deliverables are approved by stakeholders.
Produce weekly status updates and management reports.
