Job summary

V Group Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of a new Health Information System (EHR) for the HHS DOH program.

You will drive the effort from initiation through operations, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met. The role requires active PMI PMP certification (5+ years) and proven experience coordinating IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver high-priority enterprise projects for public health programs.

Qualifications

• Must lead the implementation of a new EHR system from planning through operations and maintenance.
• Lead, plan, execute, and monitor all project activities for EHR implementation and governance.
• Active PMP Certification from PMI for at least 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Direct, administer, manage, and facilitate enterprise IT projects of strategic importance across departments.
• Develop detailed Project Management Plans and secure approvals from stakeholders.
• Coordinate requirements analysis, design, programming, testing, and implementation.
• Manage project budgets, estimates, and changes following PMO guidelines.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure timely communication with customers and vendors.
• Provide weekly updates and status reports to leadership and sponsors.
• Identify risks, track RAID items, and develop mitigation strategies to closure.
