Nordic is seeking a Managed Services Analyst II to deliver EHR design, build, testing, and advanced troubleshooting services for complex clients. You will work under supervision with Application Advisors, handling day-to-day tasks, documentation, and customer coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (relevant education and/or 3-5+ years’ industry experience).
• Certification in one or more EHR application module(s) with moderate understanding of functionality within that application.
• 1+ year of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Must demonstrate Nordic’s maxims.
• Ability to apply problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize.
• Must be able to work independently, as well as within a team environment.
• Prior experience with ticketing systems and change management processes.
• Strong customer service track record.
• Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, previous management and project management experience, and participation in previous systems implementations, preferred

Responsabilités

• Perform intermediate troubleshooting and problem-solving within the EHR application to ensure integrity, integration, and stability.
• Fulfill system requests by analyzing issues, translating needs into requirements, and performing build/testing.
• Analyze workflows, system setup, and audits; participate in upgrades and testing.
• Exercise moderate judgment in support decisions; escalate as needed to Application Advisors.
• Manage multiple customer assignments with oversight; track issues via ticketing and calendars.
• Document requests and incidents in ticketing systems; meet SLAs and change control policies.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with IT/operations staff.
• Onboard new team members to client configurations and processes.
