Nordic is seeking a Managed Services Analyst II to design, build, test, and troubleshoot EHR solutions for our complex clients. You will work under Application Advisors, handling day-to-day tasks, ensuring system integrity across deployments.

You will analyze workflows, perform upgrades and testing, manage tickets, and document changes while adhering to SLAs and ITIL change processes. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5+ years of industry experience.
• Certification in one or more EHR module(s) with understanding of functionality.
• 1+ year of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Must demonstrate and embody Nordic’s maxims.
• Ability to apply problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, test, and troubleshoot EHR solutions for complex clients.
• Analyze system requests, translate into detailed specifications, and perform builds and testing.
• Document changes in ticketing systems and ensure SLAs are met.
• Participate in change control for migrating builds and configurations.
• Manage multiple client assignments with oversight and clear communication.
