Job summary

Nordic Healthcare Group (NHG) is seeking a Managed Services Analyst II to design, build, test, and troubleshoot EHR solutions for our complex clients. You will perform day-to-day tasks with guidance from Application Advisors and Senior Application Advisors, while expanding technical and soft skills.

You will manage multiple client projects, analyze workflows, and document changes in ticketing systems while delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring compliance with SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5+ years’ industry experience.
• Certification in one or more EHR module(s) with understanding of functionality.
• 1+ year of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and ensure integrity and stability of EHR applications for complex clients.
• Analyze workflows, perform system builds, tests, and upgrades under supervision.
• Manage multiple customer assignments with SLAs and ticketing system updates.
• Document requests and incidents clearly and follow change control policies.
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate with IT staff and operations.
