Job summary

CAI, a global services firm, is seeking a Business Analyst to support EHR initiatives across the organization. The role is full-time and hybrid in Oklahoma City, OK, requiring collaboration with project managers, clinical, operational, IT, data, and compliance teams to collect and validate business, clinical, and data needs.

You will translate needs into testable, solution-neutral requirements, create process maps and use cases, and facilitate structured reviews.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience as a business analyst.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, healthcare administration or related field.
• Experience in business analysis, prioritization, requirements gathering sessions.
• Experience developing executive-level reports, process maps, workflow and SOP documentation, risk analysis.
• Preferred: federal/state government, public health, healthcare experience. Lean Six Sigma or related training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Manager and stakeholders to understand organizational needs.
• Elicit, analyze, document, prioritize, and maintain requirements for EHR initiatives.
• Translate needs into clear, testable, solution-neutral requirements.
• Identify gaps and standardization opportunities across programs.
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews and document decisions or exceptions.
• Support validation, testing, UAT, and readiness in EHR projects.
